Windsor Johnson

Windsor hails from Peterborough, New Hampshire, and now calls Toronto home. Windsor received his Masters degree in piano performance/pedagogy from the Hartt School of Music in Hartford, Connecticut under Maestro Luiz de Moura Castro. He is a Suzuki certified teacher, specializing in teaching young children, and enjoys teaching all ages and genres. Windsor has performed with several New England pop, rock and jazz groups, as well as solo classical and chamber music recitals. A career highlight was performing in Sorrento, Italy in 2010 as part of the Amalfi Music Festival.

Windsor is active as a composer, as he says, ‘bringing the old forms like fugues into a more modern musical language.’

When Windsor is not sitting at the piano, he enjoys playing soccer, cycling and making delicious food at home.

Whether you are seeking lessons for yourself or your children, Windsor will be delighted to help you on your musical journey.
